Grandpa & Grandma’s 50th Anniversary
For those of you who never heard the story about this trip…the short of it is that our flight was delayed for hours and hours and then eventually canceled. We couldn’t get another flight out of town so we ended up driving…36 hours straight through to get to Arizona in time for the anniversary part. Dad even let me drive! It ended up being a rather complicated ordeal, but that was the essence of the hubbub. We had a great time (though it was way to short) and even got to see Grandpa dance with Grandma…dispite a hip replacement and recent stroke. Praise the Lord for His faithfulness!
